Refund and Appointment Reminders

Thank you so much for your love and support for Px Hous. We are committed to providing you with a delightful and comfortable DIY experience.

If you encounter any issues during the DIY process, please don't hesitate to contact our store staff right away. If the store is busy, please bear with us for a moment - our staff will be there to assist you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Refund, Booking & Workshop Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

Bookings may be rescheduled once free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice before the appointment time, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a $30 rescheduling fee.

Once a workshop or DIY workshop has started, bookings cannot be changed, transferred, cancelled, or refunded.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your booking.

Late arrivals may shorten your workshop time and affect other guests and scheduled sessions.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full workshop experience.

If a guest arrives significantly late and the session can no longer reasonably proceed, Pxhous Art & Craft Workshop reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule the booking at our discretion. Additional rescheduling fees may apply.

DIY Workshop Workflows

Pxhous Art & Craft Workshop offers a wide variety of creative DIY experiences, with multiple projects often taking place throughout the store at the same time.

Most workshops are designed as semi-guided DIY experiences. Staff will provide materials, introductions, demonstrations, and guidance throughout the session, while guests complete their own projects independently.

Our instructors regularly move throughout the workshop space to assist different customers.

Please note that only certain workshops such as Silver Ring Making, Glass Artwork, and German Carved Candle workshops offer all time close instructor supervision throughout most of the session due to the technical and safety requirements of these experiences.

As every guest works at their own pace and on different projects, short waiting times for assistance may occasionally occur during busy periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We aim to create a relaxed, creative, and hands-on workshop environment where guests can enjoy the process of making and personal artistic expression.

Workshop Time & Additional Fees

Each workshop includes a standard allocated session time.

If additional time is required beyond the scheduled workshop duration, extra service fees may apply depending on staff availability and the project type.

Finished Products & Handmade Nature

Please handle your finished DIY items with care after leaving the workshop.

Any damage occurring after the item has left the store will not be eligible for after-sales service, remake, exchange, or refund.

As all handmade items are individually created, slight variations, imperfections, textures, or differences in appearance are considered part of the handmade experience and are not regarded as quality issues.

Children & Safety

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the workshop experience.

For safety reasons, guests must follow staff instructions while using workshop tools and materials.

Pxhous Art & Craft Workshop reserves the right to stop a workshop or refuse service if unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour occurs.
