Choose your wood, select your components and build a character completely your own way.

Start by choosing from a colourful range of wooden pieces in different colours, wood tones and sizes. Personalise your character through drawing, colouring, drilling and hands-on assembly.

A wide selection of hardware and decorative components is available, including gears, springs, screws, chains, charms, mechanical-style details and other quirky little elements.

Turn them into eyes, arms, legs, ears, wings, antennae, hair or something completely unexpected.

There is no fixed accessory pack or set combination. Choose the components that suit your design, experiment with different possibilities and create your character your way.

Build a punk robot, little monster, animal-inspired character, retro machine, quirky creature or something completely from your imagination.

Every combination is different — your finished character is entirely your own.

CHOOSE YOUR PROJECT

1 WOODEN BLOCK｜$79

Approx. 2 Hours

Choose one wooden block and transform it into your own character through drawing, colouring, drilling and assembly.

A keychain attachment is included, so your finished creation can be used as a keychain, bag charm or displayed as a small art piece.

2 WOODEN BLOCKS｜$109

Approx. 3 Hours

Choose two wooden blocks and connect them together to create a larger or more detailed character.

Mix different colours, sizes and proportions, create separate head-and-body sections, or invent a completely different structure of your own.

CHOOSE YOUR WOOD

Choose from a variety of colours, natural wood tones and sizes.

You can use the existing colour as part of your design or continue drawing, colouring and adding details directly onto the surface.

Natural wood is especially suitable for more extensive drawing and colouring, but all available wooden pieces can be further customised.

DESIGN & COLOUR

Give your character its own face, style and personality.

Use the drawing and colouring materials provided to add expressions, clothing, patterns, symbols, graphics or other details.

Keep the original colour visible and add a few details, or completely transform the surface with your own artwork.

Design references are available for inspiration, or you can create entirely from your imagination.

CHOOSE YOUR COMPONENTS

Explore a wide variety of gears, springs, screws, chains, charms, mechanical-style components and decorative elements.

A gear might become an eye, a spring could become an arm, or an unexpected component might turn into ears, wings or a quirky little detail.

There is no required combination to follow. Choose what works for your character and experiment freely.

DRILL & BUILD

Once you’ve planned your design, it’s time to start building.

Decide where each component will go, drill the required holes and assemble your character step by step.

Experiment with different positions, structures and combinations until your idea comes to life.

This is more than decorating a ready-made figure — you’ll take part in the creative process from design and colouring through to drilling and final assembly.

HOW THE WORKSHOP WORKS

This is a hands-on, self-paced creative workshop with teacher guidance. It is not a private one-on-one class or continuous side-by-side teaching session.

At the beginning of the workshop, our team will introduce the materials, demonstrate the key techniques and guide you through the first steps of your project.

Once you’re comfortable with the process, you’ll have your own creative space to design, experiment and work at your own pace.

Our teachers provide roaming guidance throughout the studio, checking in and assisting different guests as needed while allowing everyone plenty of independent creative time.

Teacher support remains available throughout your workshop. Whenever you need help, simply ask and our team will come over to assist with drilling, assembly, techniques or any step you’re unsure about.

This format combines hands-on guidance with the freedom to explore your own ideas and create independently.

AGE & PARENT ASSISTANCE

Recommended for ages 12+.

Drilling and some assembly steps require hand strength and control.

Children under 12 are welcome to participate with active assistance from a parent or guardian, particularly during drilling and assembly.

One accompanying parent or guardian may assist their child at no additional charge.

Guests who require additional assistance are also welcome to bring one support person to assist during the workshop at no additional charge.
